Line cook should have experience in restaurant environment, work fast, efficiently, timely and clean.
Learn not only Cuban cuisine, but Latin American food. Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, storage and rotation of food and supplies.
Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
If you have SERVE SAFE certification, it will qualify you for more pay. Excellent communications skills a plus. Spanish a plus. Great attitude expected.
